Music videoclip for song Dizzy of the band Like Elliot did. Their music is totally home made, very honest and not pretentious at all so I tried to do the same with the videoclip. And they had 20$ budget which we spent on lunch... I agree to do it for free because they are good friends. I shot the clip all by myself in my studio using my canon 5D, one 250w light, a black fabric and a leaf blower... That's it...

This is the CD design I did for the band Like Elliot did. Simon Duhamel took front and back portraits of the band. Then I hired Isabelle Hétu, a local portrait painter, to paint them. Then I took an old wallpaper illustration and photoshopped it to fit the design, and also did a custom type for the cover and the inside. As the band is transparent, folk and authentic, I tried, for the front and back, a technique to show that they have nothing to hide, the wallpaper feels for the folk side and the painting almost too realist represents authenticity and personality. The CD was really home made, recorded in Catherine's kitchen and in Francois's apartment. I printed the visuals on an inkjet printer on white stickers, and then I cut them and ordered the cardboards. Catherine folded, glued, sticked the print and stamped the CD of each 200 albums. Love the portraits!!! Thanks Isabelle.
